With a business owned and led by an electrical engineer, we believe our team to be top notch and stand out in quality and hospitality. This team is handpicked for leadership, talent, and dedication skills for each residential or commerical project. We believe in the importance of communication, attention to detail, and getting the job done right. Our marketing team is always coming up with new creative ways to help you learn more about our business and the smart technology we install. The sales team puts the customer's needs first while also being realistic with expectations and goals. Our operations team is organized and is very hands-on with the customers and other contractors. All of our technicians are certified and extensively trained. We measure, plan, design and program with great care to make sure you get maximum satisfaction from your installation. Sales & Marketing

Larry Supon President & Electrical Engineer

Larry founded Automated Lifestyles in 2000. He graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering. He started in the industry programming industrial automation systems for factories worldwide. Larry is involved in every aspect of the business from sales, design, engineering, and service. He enjoys traveling with his children, going to Red Sox and Steelers games, and spending time with his extended family.

Rachel Socha Marketing Manager & Sales Coordinator

Rachel joined the company in 2018. She oversees and customizes all proposals as well as heads our social media, email, graphic design, and marketing ideas. Rachel is creative, thorough and always looking to help others. She graduated from University of Cincinnati with an Associates degree. She has over 8 years of experience in the industry. Her favorite thing about the company is the continued education offered and seeing the newest technology firsthand. She loves to go hiking with her family, traveling, and cooking.

Rob Montague Sr. Commercial Sales Consultant

Rob joined the sales team in 2023. He works with the commercial side of sales because of his previous skill sets in the industry. He has various backgrounds in audio, sales, and technology making him a great fit for Automated Lifestyles. His ability to communicate and prioritize sets him apart. Audio is one of Rob’s favorite things to sell to customers because he believes in the power of music. Rob is married with 2 kids. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, running, and watching movies with his family.

Kevin Service Sr. Residential Sales Consultant

Kevin joined the sales team in 2023. He is heading our residential sales department, primarily new construction projects. Kevin has a Bachelor's degree from Boise State. Kevin has been in sales for over 20 years making him a perfect fit for the role. He loves interacting and providing trust for our clients. Kevin has a wife and two kids. He volunteers regularly and is heavily involved in his local library!

Operations & Technicians

Scott Siegfried Operations Manager

Scott joined our team in 2020. He attended Marywood University and earned a Bachelor’s degree. He loves being able to test and see all the latest technology. Scott is a planner and his attention to detail is critical to the success of our projects. He oversees our inside operations, project management and service departments. Scott is very personable, and prefers to pick up the phone and talk to you in addition to email and text. He enjoys all things construction and plays volleyball.

Chuck Cechak Service & Project Manager - Fast Projects

Chuck has been with us since 2016. He brings 12 years of experience in both the sales and technology industry. Chuck has the unique gift of being able to troubleshoot and fix any problem. He manages our service department, keeping our customers happy and their systems running smoothly. Chuck also manages fast-track projects and system upgrades. He’s the one to contact if any of your systems aren’t working like they were before. One of his favorite products to install and design are home theater systems. He is THX certified. He enjoys boating, cars, and spending time with his family.

Chris Hojnoski Project Manager

Chris was hired in 2017 and has worked his way up at our company. He has 5 years experience in the field. He attended Johnson College trade school. He loves working with customers, builders and architects and his favorite products are by Lutron. Chris always has a smile on his face! He maintains a positive attitude and will keep you informed of what’s happening at all times. He manages the day-to-day details of your residential project, stopping in during construction to make sure everything is on track. He also manages our in-house training program. Chris enjoys watching football and spending time with his family.

Donna Rivera Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Donna started with us in the beginning of 2022. She brings over 20 years of experience to our company. Donna orders all equipment and keeps us organized by receiving and managing our inventory. She is a “swiss army knife” when it comes to day-to-day inside operations of our company. She loves the teamwork and communication aspect of her job. She enjoys fishing and quiet time at home.

Marty Monahan Engineering Technician

Marty joined the company in 2022. He graduated from Marywood University. He enjoys educating and servicing customers and customers love the patience he demonstrates during training. Marty has a “knack” for technology and can figure things out. He loves working with Sonos and their intuitive app. In his free time, he plays in multiple bands and hangs out with his girlfriend and 2 dogs.

Chris Smith Site Installation Supervisor

Chris joined our technician team in 2024. He was hired to be the site installation supervisor as he has over 10 years experience in the business. Chris has an eye for detail and organization. He is a great leader and team player. His favorite part about our company is being a part of the innovative and evolving technology in our industry. He enjoys installing home theater systems as well as quality audio in homes and workplaces. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids watching movies, and being outdoors.

Tyler Huber Level 3 Technician

Tyler has been with the company since 2020 and has 5 years in the industry. He coordinates our team and works with other trades (plumber, electrician, builder) on the job site to ensure no details are overlooked. His favorite product to work with is because of the integration and customization it offers. His hobbies include woodturning and spending time with his family.

Tim Pacewicz Service Technician & Warehouse Assistant

Tim joined our company in 2021 and has 2 years of experience as a technician. He graduated from Johnson College with a degree in Computer Information Technology. He loves working with the latest technology and is hands-on. Tim is very thorough and detail-oriented in his work. He enjoys traveling, fishing, and his family.

Office Support

Travis Wallace Controller

Travis joined the company in 2018. He is responsible for invoicing, keeping track of finances, and helping us set goals. He has a Master’s in Business Administration. He has 11 years of experience in bookkeeping and his attention to detail is exquisite. He enjoys reading, grilling, and spending time with family.

Kristin Hannah Executive Assistant

Kristin joined the team in 2022 to help assist Larry in all aspects of the business. She has over 22 years experience in the construction and interior design industry and 5 years being an executive assistant. She received her Bachelor’s degree from University of Arizona. She appreciates the team's mentorship and support and loves that everyone wants to see each other succeed. She lives with her husband and 2 dogs. She loves all outdoor activities as well as reading and eating gourmet food.

Abby Crangle Project Operations Assistant

Abby has been with Automated Lifestyles since 2015 and has 10 years experience in the industry. She has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Central Florida. She helps with behind the scenes operations duties from scheduling to supplying customer manuals. She’s always willing to help out where needed to keep the business running smoothly. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids as well as traveling, doing Barre, and attending her kids sporting events.
