Larry Supon, President

Larry started Automated Lifestyles in February 2000. Graduating with a B.S. Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, Larry worked for 14 years doing industrial automation for gold/diamond mines, cement plants, coal/power plants, offshore oil rigs, and material handling systems all over the world. Prior to leaving to start his own company, Larry was Group Leader of Electrical Design. Larry is personally involved in the design of every project, then hands it over to his capable team for execution. He is the person you will meet first, and he looks forward to helping you achieve your electronic and automation goals.

Tom Christopher, Project Operations & HR Manager

Tom has been with Automated Lifestyles since 2013. He has an Associate Degree in Recording Arts from Fullsail University in Orlando. Tom is very experienced in live sound and audio/video recording and is our go-to guy for these projects.  Being a CEDIA-certified project manager, you will interact with Tom during the project. Tom manages the day-to-day installation team, orders parts and ensures your schedule is met. Tom also is our HR manager, recruiting and ensuring we have the best talent on staff. Tom always has a smile on his face and uses his experience and expertise to make sure your job goes smoothly.

Chuck Cechak, Service Manager & Sales

Chuck joined Automated Lifestyles in January 2016. Chuck manages our customer care department, ensuring your system is operating optimally. He goes out of his way to make customers happy and also provides recommendations for keeping your technology up-to-date. Chuck is also our “go to” AV and networking specialist. He loves installing home theaters and music systems and uses his experience to ensure they sound optimal. His is THX certified for calibrating video displays. Chuck is well-rounded and prides himself to ensure your expectations are met. He is musically-inclined and enjoys playing the drums.

Chris Hojnoski, Junior Project Manager

Chris joined Automated Lifestyles in summer 2017. Chris is a graduate of Johnson College’s technical program. He is very hands-on, and is our lead on-site technician for new projects. Chris specializes in security, cameras and cabling among many other products. He communicates well with customers, contractors, and other trades to ensure the best overall product. Chris is outgoing, personable and ensures your project is wired properly and professionally–one of the most important parts of a new project. Chris enjoys boating, detailing cars and being outside.

Fernando Marques, Service Technician and Programmer

Fernando joined Automated Lifestyles in summer 2017. Fernando is a graduate of Johnson College’s technical program. Having grown up in his father’s construction business, Fernando has that unique knack to solve any problem or special automation project. He excels and troubleshooting and is very detail-oriented. Fernando helps Chuck with service visits, sets up our advanced networks, and does RTI programming for the majority of projects. He enjoys riding his motorcycle, anything technical and eating his family’s Portuguese food!

William Zaleppa, Engineering Technician and Programmer

William joined Automated Lifestyles in January 2018 after graduating with a networking degree from Johnson College. Will is very knowledgeable on networks, IP cameras, Wi-Fi and AV equipment. Will is very thorough in his work, ensuring it is done properly and professionally. He is actively involved in our upfront engineering and design documents. On site he also makes our racks look amazing by organizing and terminating all cabling. Being a former star athlete, he enjoys watching baseball and basketball.

Abby Crangle, Executive Marketing Assistant

Abby joined Automated Lifestyles in 2015. Previously, she worked in the marketing and event management fields. Abby spearheads our social media and marketing. She is an excellent written and verbal communicator. Abby also prepares customer electronic user manuals and alarm paperwork. Abby enjoyed the warm weather, Disney, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Travis Wallace, Bookkeeper

Travis joined Automated Lifestyles in 2018. His previous experience included doing the books for churches and plumbing contractors. Travis does the very important back-end task of project financials, helping to keep things running smoothly. He is originally from South Florida and is a dedicated family man to his wife and son.

Rachel Socha, Executive Sales Assistant

Rachel is very detailed and a quick learner.  She joined Automated Lifestyles in 2019 and has already been a big contributor.  As our inside salesperson, she carefully prepares all proposals.  Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
