This home features fully integrated smart lighting, audio, video, and security designed to create the perfect experience in every space.
In the main living areas, AiSpire tunable lighting and color-changing cove and accent lights deliver stunning ambiance. Bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with DMF warm dim fixtures for comfort and relaxation. All lighting is easily controlled through Lutron Homeworks custom-engraved keypads and the mobile app for simple, intuitive operation.
The entertainment system features a Klipsch surround sound setup that brings movies and sporting events to life, all controlled from the Apple TV remote. Throughout the home, in-ceiling and outdoor speakers from Origin Acoustics, powered by Sonos amplifiers, make playing music seamless—inside and out. Origin's lifetime warranty ensures long-term performance.
The pool house became a dedicated fun zone, outfitted with full color-changing lighting to create the perfect escape. Outside, landscape lighting and outdoor audio make relaxing poolside the perfect way to unwind after a long week.
For security and peace of mind, Alarm.com integrates cameras, smart locks, garage door control, and the full suite of Lutron lighting scenes, keeping the entire property connected, protected, and effortlessly managed.
