we have rarely had the pleasure of working with a company like Automated Lifestyles. Home Automation is a complex technology, primarily because it is a new, growing, and ever changing world of possibilities. Although I thought I had carefully considered our needs when building our new home, it wasn’t until I initiated conversations with the owner of the company that I realized I had overlooked some obvious opportunities that could dramatically increase our options (and resale value) in the future.
Most importantly though, especially for anyone who has had a bad ‘customer support’ experience, such as warranty issues, phone trees, and support representatives that are difficult to understand, I’d like to note that Automated Lifestyles attention to customer satisfaction cannot be touched. It is hard to summarize all the positive aspects Automated Lifestyles brings to the table in a simple ‘I’d recommend them to anyone’ statement. This company is everything they advertise and more.
